  "text": "This Order has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I.1990/2487 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients ofthat Order\nANIMALS\nMade 16th April 1991\nComing into force 12th May 1991\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary ofState for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly,in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1, 15(4) and83(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf,hereby make the following Order:",
