In regulation 38 (transport of military goods, crude oil and petroleum products)—

(a)

in the heading, omit “, crude oil and petroleum products”;

(b)

omit paragraph (2);

(c)

omit paragraph (3)(a);

(d)

in paragraph (4) for “Paragraphs (1) and (2) are” substitute “Paragraph (1) is”;

(e)

in paragraph (5) omit “or (2)” in both places it occurs; and

(f)

in paragraph (6) omit the definition of “non-UK country”.
