Regulation 15 Amendments to regulation 45 (brokering services: non-UK activity relating to gold, precious metals or diamonds)

In regulation 45 (brokering services: non-UK activity relating to gold, precious metals or diamonds)—

(a)

in paragraphs (1) and (2) for “a Syrian regime person”, in each place it occurs, substitute “the Governing Authority of Syria”;

(b)

omit paragraph (4);

(c)

in paragraph (5)—

(i)

for “paragraph (2)” substitute “paragraph (1) or (2)”; and

(ii)

for “that paragraph” substitute “paragraph (1) or (2) (as the case may be)”.
