# The Syria (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 16: Amendments to regulation 48 (provision of interception and monitoring services)


In regulation 48 (provision of interception and monitoring services), in paragraph (1) and (3) for “the Syrian regime”, in both places it occurs, substitute “the Governing Authority of Syria”.
