Regulation 17 Amendments to regulation 58 (trade: exceptions from further provisions)

In regulation 58 (trade: exceptions from further prohibitions)—

(a)

Omit paragraphs (1) and (2);

(b)

in paragraph (4)—

(i)

for “the chemical weapons programme of the Syrian regime”, substitute “chemical weapons in Syria”;

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (b) omit “, insofar as it relates to military goods”; and

(c)

in paragraph (5) omit the definitions of “aviation fuel and aviation fuel additives” and “non-Syrian aircraft”.
