(a)
in paragraph (1) omit “, regulation 53(1), (2) and (3) (aircraft: offences)”;
(b)
in paragraph (3) omit “67 (aircraft: licensing offences),”; and
(c)
in paragraph (4) omit “53(4) (aircraft: disclosure of information offence),”.
