# The Syria (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 4: Amendments to regulation 3 (application of prohibitions and requirements outside of the United Kingdom)


In regulation 3 (application of prohibitions and requirements outside of the United Kingdom)—
(a) in paragraph (2) omit “or a prohibition imposed by a condition of an aircraft licence,”;
(b) omit paragraph (3)(d); and
(c) in paragraph (5) omit “or a requirement imposed by a condition of an aircraft licence,”.
