(a)

omit sub-paragraph (a);

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “Secretary of State” substitute “Treasury”;

(c)

after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)

in paragraph (5A)(c), for “the British Red Cross” substitute “any branch of the British Red Cross in the Territory”;”;

(d)

in sub-paragraph (c), for “for the definition of” until the end, substitute “in paragraph (a) of the definition of “relevant person”, after “of the Government of the United Kingdom” insert “or of the Territory”.”.
