# The Takeovers (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 20: Amendment to the Unregistered Companies Regulations 2009


In Schedule 1, in paragraph 14, at the beginning insert—
“(A1) Schedule 1C to the Companies Act 2006 applies to unregistered companies.”.
