Regulation 28 Expressions in the Companies Act 1985
Except as otherwise provided expressions that are defined for the purposes of Part 7 of the Companies Act 1985f1 (or in the case of Northern Ireland, Part 8 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986f2) have the same meaning in this Part.
