# The Takeovers Directive (Interim Implementation) Regulations 2006, Regulation 30: Takeover offers


Where a takeover offer is made for a company that has securities carrying voting rights admitted to trading on a regulated market, Part 13A of the Companies Act 1985 (or in the case of Northern Ireland, Part 14A of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986) shall not apply and Schedule 2 to these Regulations shall apply.
