# The Takeovers Directive (Interim Implementation) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 31


A disclosure for the purpose of enabling or assisting—
(a) the Bank of England,
(b) the European Central Bank, or
(c) the central bank of any country or territory outside the United Kingdom,
to exercise its functions.
