A disclosure for the purpose of enabling or assisting the Competition Commission to exercise its functions under any of the following—
(a) the Fair Trading Act 1973;
(b) the Competition Act 1980;
(c) the Competition Act 1998;
(d) the Enterprise Act 2002.
