  "text": "(1) Regulation 52 of the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013 is amended as follows.\n(2) For sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph (2), substitute—\n“(a) 457 days’ rent where the notice of enforcement is given on or before 23rd June 2021; and\n(b) 554 days’ rent where the notice of enforcement is given on or after 24th June 2021.”.\n(3) For sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph (2A), substitute—\n“(a) 457 days’ rent where the goods are taken control of for the first time on or before 23rd June 2021; and\n(b) 554 days’ rent where the goods are taken control of for the first time on or after 24th June 2021.”.",
