# The Taking of Hostages (Jersey) Order 1982, Article 3


Section 1 of the 1982 Act shall extend to Jersey with—
(a) the substitution, in subsection (1), of the word “Jersey” for the words “the United Kingdom”; and
(b) the omission, in subsection (2), of the words “on indictment”.
