# The Tarbert (Loch Fyne) Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Tarbert (Loch Fyne) Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 15th January 2007.
(2) The Pier and Harbour Order Confirmation (No.1) Act 1912 and this Order may be cited together as the Tarbert (Loch Fyne) Harbour Act and Order 1912 to 2007.
