# The Tate Gallery Board (Additional Members) Order 2008

This Order amends paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Museums and Galleries Act 1992 so as to increase the number of members of the Tate Gallery Board from twelve to fourteen.

Coming into force 21st March 2008
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 2(12)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Museums and Galleries Act 1992(“the Act”):

## 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Tate Gallery Board (Additional Members) Order 2008 and comes into force on 21st March 2008.

## 2 Amendment

In paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Act, for “twelve” substitute “fourteen”.
