# The Tate Gallery Board (Additional Members) Order 2008, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Museums and Galleries Act 1992 so as to increase the number of members of the Tate Gallery Board from twelve to fourteen.
