Regulation 17 Sections 312B and 313ZB

For regulation 13(1)(a) substitute—

“(a)

the prescribed period is—

(i)

30 days; or

(ii)

where the circumstances in sub-paragraph (d)(iii) apply, 60 days in respect of the information prescribed under sub-paragraph (b)(iii) only.”.
