# The Tax Avoidance Schemes (Information) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Tax Avoidance Schemes (Information) Regulations 2004


(1) Amend regulation 8(6) as follows.
(2) Omit “falling within Part 1 of the Schedule to the Arrangements Regulations”.
(3) After “notified to the Board” add “on a return in such form as they may specify”.
(4) Omit sub-paragraphs (a) and (b).
