# Tax Collection and Management (Wales) Act 2016, Section 187B: Crown application for the purposes of the visitor levy and the register of visitor accommodation


(1) This Act, in so far as it applies in relation to WRA’s functions under Part 2 of the Visitor Accommodation (Register and Levy) Etc. (Wales) Act 2025 (asc 00), and in relation to the visitor levy, binds the Crown.
(2) This Act, in so far as it applies in relation to WRA’s functions under Part 2 of the Visitor Accommodation (Register and Levy) Etc. (Wales) Act 2025, and in relation to the visitor levy, does not make the Crown criminally liable, but it applies to persons in the service of the Crown as it applies to other persons.
(3) In subsections (1) and (2), references to “this Act include a reference to an enactment made under this Act.
