# Tax Credits Act 2002, Paragraph 49


In Schedule 8, in Note (1D) in Group 15 (zero-rating: charities), for paragraphs (e) and (f) substitute—
“(e) any element of child tax credit other than the family element; and
(f) working tax credit.”
