  "text": "And all and every Servant which at the time of the execution of this Act shall receive Wages for his, her or their Service shall pay unto His Majestie the summe of Twelve pence for every Twenty shillings by the yeare which shall be due or payable to him heror them for his her or their Wages except for Board wages.",
