Section XXII Commissioners may assess other Commissioners and Assessors.

And bee it further enacted That the Coo[m]mis?sers which shall be within any County or Place within their respective limitts or the major part of them shall taxe and assesse every other Coo[m]mis?ser joyned with them and the Coo[m]mis?sers within their Division shall assesse every Assessor within their Division And as well all summes upon every the said Coo[m]missers and Assessors as the Assessments made and presented by the Presenters as aforesaid shall be written estreated leavyed and gathered as it should and ought to have beene as if the said Coo[m]mis?sers had not beene named Coo[m]mis?sers.
