Section XXXVI Proviso where several Tallies bear Date the same Day.

Provided alwayes and it is hereby declared That if it happen that severall Tallyes of Loane or Certificates for Wares delivered, or Orders for Payments directed by Your Majestie as aforesaid beare date or be brought the same day to the Auditor of the Receipte to be registred then it shall be interpretted noe undue Preference which of these he enters first soe he enters them all the same day.
