  "text": "Provided alwayes That nothing in this Act contained shall be construed to alter change determine or make void any Contracts Covenants or Agreements whatsoever between the Landlord and Tennant touching the payment of Taxes and Assesments Any thing herein before mentioned to the contrary notwithstanding.",
