  "text": "Provided alwayes That nothing in this Act contained shall be construed to alter change determine or make void any Contracts Covenants or Agreements whatsoever betweene the Landlord and Tenant touching the payment, of Taxes and Assesments Any thing herein before mentioned to the contrary notwithstanding.",
