  "text": "Provided alwayes and bee it further enacted and declared by the authority aforesaid That for the avoiding of all obstructions and delayes in collecting the summes by this Act to be rated and assessed all Places Constablewicks Divisions and Allotments which have used to be rated and assessed shall pay and be assesed in such County Hundred Rape and Wapentake as the same have heretofore beene usually assessed in and not elsewhere.",
