  "text": "Provided alwayes and bee it hereby declared That if it shall happen that severall Orders for the payment of Loanes or for the payment of Orders directed by Your Majestie as aforesaid beare date and be brought the same day to the Writer of the Talleys or Auditor of the Receipt to be registred Then it shall be interpreted noe undue preference which of those he enters first soe as he enters them all the same day",
