  "text": "And it is hereby further Enacted and Declared That the Collectors of each Parish or Place which shall be appointed by vertue of this Act shall upon Collection of the whole Summe appointed to be collected by them and Payment thereof as is hereby before appointed Have and Receive for their Paines in Collecting and Paying the Moneys Foure pence in the Pound which the said Collectors are impowred to detaine out of the last Payment of the Money of their severall and respective two Quarterly Payments.",
