  "text": "Provided alwayes and bee it Enacted That noe Person shall be capeable of acting as a Commissioner in the Execution of this Act before he shall take the Oaths appointed by an Act of the last Parliament Entituled An Act for the Abrogating of the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance and appointing other Oaths Which Oaths it shall be lawfull for any Two or more Commissioners to Administer And they are hereby Required and Authorized to Administer the same to any other Commissioner",
