# Taxation Act 1695, Section LX: Waterworks in Southwark charged in Surrey.


Provided always and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all the Water-works in the Borough of Southwark shall be rated and assessed by the Co[m]missioners and Assessors of the County of Surrey and not by the Co[m]missioners or Assessors for the City of London Any thing herein before contained to the contrary thereof notwithstanding.
