Section LXXVII Proviso for Jurisdiction of Admiralty in employing Cruisers.

Provided always and be it enacted that nothing in this Act contained shall restraine or be construed to restraine the Lord High Admiral of England or the Co[m]missioners for executing the Office of the Lord High Admiral of England for the time being from directing any of the Ships appointed by this Act to be Cruizers to be imployed in the Line of Battle in Cases of great necessity.
