Section XXIV Proviso for Contracts between Landlord and Tenant, as to Payment of Taxes.

Provided always That nothing in this Act contained shall bee construed to alter change determine or make void any Contracts Covenants or Agreements whatsoever between Landlord and Tenant or any others touching the Payment of Taxes or Assessments Any thing herein before mentioned to the contrary notwithstanding.
