# Taxation Act 1696, Section XVII: Proviso where several Tallies bear Date the same Day.


Provided always That if several Tallies of Loan or Orders for Payment beare Date or be brought the same Day to the Auditor of the Receipt to be registred then it shall be interpreted no undue Preference which of those he enters first so hee enters them all the same Day.
