  "text": "And it is enacted by the Authority aforesaid That the Duties on Sweets hereby granted shall be applyed and are hereby appropriated for the same Uses and Purposes to which part of the present Duties on Sweets with all the Duties on Malt, are appropriated by an Act of Parliament made in the Eighth Yeare of His Majesties Reigne",
