  "text": "And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That it shall and may be lawfull to and for any Person or Persons whatsoever from and after the said Tenth Day of May One thousand six hundred ninety nine to import into England Wales or Berwick upon Tweed from Germany Pearl-Ashes being the Product of Germany paying His Majesty His Customs and Duties as Pott-Ashes Any Law Custome or Usage to the contrary in any wise notwithstanding.",
