Section XXX Officer to leave Copy of Gauge with Maker.

X1Provided always and be it further enacted That every. Gauger or other Officer who shall be constituted or appointed to put this Act in Execution shall be and are hereby required to leave a true Copy of each Gauge and the Quantity thereof in Writing under his or their Hands with or for the said Maker or Makers of Malt at the Time of taking such Gauge upon Demand under the Penalty of Forty Shillings
