  "text": "Treble Costs.\nProvided also and be it enacted That if any Person or Persons shall att any time be sued or prosecuted for any thing by him or them done in Execution of this Act hee or they may plead the General Issue and give this Act in Evidence and if a Verdict passe for the Defendant or the Plaintiffe be Nonsuit or forbeare Prosecution the Defendant shall have Treble Costs to be recovered as in other Cases where Costs by Law are given to Defendants.",
