  "heading": "Annual Surplus Money of Duties given to Their Majesties.",
  "text": "And be it further enacted That in case there shall be any surplus or remainder of the moneys ariseing by the Rates and Duties granted by this Act at the end of any year dureing the said Terme of Ninety nine years after all the said several proportions of the said yearely Funds and all and every the Annuities Rents and yearely Payments and all Interest payable by this Act shall be fully satisfied paid and discharged such surplus or remainder shall bee to the use of Their Majesties Their Heires and Successors",
