Section XXVII Grants of Duties to other Uses, &c. void.

Provided always and it is hereby further declared and enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all Grants or Dispositions of any of the moneys ariseing or which shall be collected by the Authority of this Act hereafter to bee made by Their X1Majesties Their Heires or Successors to any other person or persons or in any other manner or for any longer Terme or Interest then by this Act is appointed shall be and are hereby declared null and void to all intents and purposes whatsoever
