  "text": "Assignment entered.; Monies lent Tax free.\nAnd be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That the Moneys which shall be lent and secured by such Tallies as aforesaid and the Tallies for the same and the Interest thereof shall be assignable and transferable from one Person to another and so over without power of Revocation so as the Assignments or Transferences thereof be entred or notified in a Book for that purpose to be kept in the head Office of the Excise in London and that no Money so to be lent on Credit of the said Weekly Su[m]m of Six thousand Pounds shall be charged or assessed to or for any publick Tax or Imposition whatsoever.",
