  "text": "Provided always That any thing in this Act contained concerning the said Weekly Payment shall not be construed to obstruct or hinder the Payment of Salaries or other incident Charges necessary for the Management of His Majesties Revenues of Excise upon Beer Ale and other Liquors Any thing in this Act contained to the contrary notwithstanding.",
