# Taxation, etc. (No. 2) Act 1695, Section LVIII: Burning new and old Pipes together; Penalty.


And for the better securing & collecting the aforesaid Duty on Tobacco Pipes Be it further enacted That no Maker or Burner of Tobacco Pipes shall att any time be permitted to burn or bake new Pipes and old Pipes together in the same Kiln Pott Oven or Place of Burning under the Penalty hereinafter mentioned.
