Section LXXVI In Mortgages of Lands conveyed to Company, Proviso for Redemption.

And be it enacted That in all Mortgages of Lands to be conveyed to the said Governor and Company for Securities of Monies as aforesaid there shall be Provision made That the Owners of the said Lands may att any time pay off and discharge all or any part of the Moneys borrowed being not lesse att any one time than Fifty Pounds part of a greater Su[m]m.
