Section VII Comptroller of Excise to keep Account of Duties.

And be it enacted That the Comptroller of the Excise for the time being shall from time to time for ever keep an Account of the said Duties in the same manner and under the same Penalties as in the said recited Act is directed for the Terme thereby granted.
