Section XXXIV Bearer of Company's Bills may have Action of Debt.

Provided that all or any Bills to be given out by the said Corporation under their Co[m]mon Seale payable to any certaine Person or the Bearer shall intitle the Bearer thereof whether hee or she be Native or Forreigner to any Action of Debt against the said Corporation for the Recovery of the Moneys due thereon.
