# Taxation, etc. (No. 2) Act 1695, Section XXXVIII: How Infant may become a Contributor.


And be it further enacted That any Guardian or Trustee for any Infant may for the Benefitt of such Infant advance and pay a Su[m]m not exceeding one Moiety of the Moneys within his or her Trust upon the Terms and Recompences herein mentioned and such Infant upon Payment of such Su[m]m shall become the Contributor thereof and the Guardian or Trustee shall be discharged from the same.
