  "text": "And it is further enacted by the Authoritie of this p[re]sent Parliament that every Englishman residing in England being a Viscount of Scotland or Ireland and not a Peere of the Realme of England shall not be taxed or rated in the Subsidie Booke under one hundred pounds in lands And that every Englishman residing in England being a Baron of Scotland or Ireland and not a Peere of the Realme of England shall not be taxed or rated in the Subsidie Booke under one hundred markes in land, And that every Englishman being a Baronett of Scotland or Ireland shall not be taxed or rated in the Subsidie Booke under fortie pounds in land.",
