Section XIX Persons living in Cities, &c. not to be Collectors or Assessors out of them.

Provided alwayes That noe person inhabiting in any Citty Burrough or Towne Corporate shall be compelled to be any Assessor or Collector of or for any part of the said Subsidyes in any place or places out of the said Citty Burrough or Towne Corporate where he dweleth
